Sarah is a graduate of the Contemporary School of Yoga and Central England College of Mindfulness and her community yoga group Embody Yoga is based in King’s Heath and Yardley Wood, Birmingham.
Sarah’s yoga and mindful living business focuses on strength through union, collective care, accessible everyday mindfulness, simple meditation and trauma-informed mindful movement and slow yoga practices, building a truly inclusive community and holding space for students to make their own discoveries, take up space, know their own worth and discover the strength of learning and sharing with others.
Sarah encourages slow nourishing living, slow embodied movement, curiosity, fun and taking our yoga practice ‘off the mat’ into our everyday lives.
Sarah is a trauma-informed Lived Experience Practitioner and also delivers her unique MakeSpaceBreathe mindful wellbeing course as well as compassion-focused training courses and Compassionate Mind Training to various NHS trusts, independent wellbeing centres, community organisations and in corporate settings. New students, groups and complete beginners are always welcome at her independent in-person and live Zoom classes, training courses and workshops.
