Using her unique MakeSpaceBreathe mindful wellbeing course, Sarah guides clients through programmes of simple to follow techniques, both formal and informal, designed to build self-care habits though a structured 10 Mindful Minutes daily practice that can be easily applied in the workplace and at home.
Her focus is on sharing straightforward tools and techniques delivered in a fully flexible modular format which can be shared with groups or individuals in a variety of ways, from a 2 hour introductory course to a full 3 day immersive training experience, which is interactive, experiential and incorporates a fusion of key elements from MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) compassion focused wellbeing, trauma-informed mindful movement and mindful breathing techniques.
As well as teaching Mindfulness meditation for relaxation, sessions are offered for aspects of mindful living such as stress reduction, anxiety, mindful movement, mindful eating, breathing practices,developing a home meditation practice and the benefits of journalling. Sarah offers flexible open-ended support after your training programme finishes and all sessions can be tailored to suit your needs.
There is published scientific evidence that living more mindfully can assist with stress reduction, focus, greater resilience, enhanced creativity, improved relationships, better communication, greater confidence, improved health and wellbeing, better quality sleep, pain reduction, enhanced intuitive ability and greater work satisfaction. Sarah combines various elements of mindfulness practice in a warm, engaging and informal way, encouraging clients to attend to living ‘in the now’, letting go of the past and releasing anxiety about the future.
